My Journey and My Why
Dr. Phuoc Anne Nguyen has been a passionate healthcare leader for over a decade advancing the healthcare and leadership landscape. Her professional interests include care coordination, population health, and leadership development. She has held several leadership positions at local, state, and national levels. Inspired by other female leaders and personal experiences, she wants to invest in other women to break barriers and succeed on their terms.
She founded LeadHerWay Coaching to empower highly ambitious women in corporate and business to prioritize what matters in work and life and confidently execute bold decisions. She combines leadership, mindset, and personal development coaching to help her clients collapse time and accelerate growth in life and work. She believes that when we empower a woman, we empower a whole community.
She is a mom of two energetic toddlers and enjoys outdoor activities. She has a travel goal of visiting 50 countries and 50 national parks by age 50.
